WHAT TO BRING & WEAR?
PHONE / CAMERA
Prepare for some of the most breathtaking views to capture memorable moments together throughout the day.
SUNGLASSES
Many wineries have outdoor seating, so be sure to have your shades handy.
RESORT CASUAL
Most wineries have a casual dress code. Whether you are wearing a sundress or jeans & a golf shirt, be sure to have a sweater or jacket handy. Even in the warmest months, there’s can be an afternoon breeze.
SHOES
Sport your favorite shoes, but if you are touring any vineyards, it is best that your wear comfortable shoes for walking.
WINE PURCHASES?
BUY OR SHIP YOUR WINE
Our Mercedes Benz Sprinter has plenty of room for wine, so feel free to stock up. And most wineries ship, with restrictions into some states.
FLY YOUR WINE
If you will be taking your wine back with you on your flight, you will need to check it, as carrying on wine will not be permitted.
SUGGESTIONS
EAT & HYDRATE
Be sure to eat a good meal before wine tasting. And drink plenty of water before, during & after tasting. Many hand-crafted wines have a higher alcohol content than wines in stores, We provide bottled water & have plenty of room if you’d like to pack a picnic or snacks.
ATM’s
Most wineries will not have ATM’s. There are no banks in wine country, but most major credit cards are accepted for tastings & purchases.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is optional & always much appreciated.
POLICIES / REFUNDS
AGE 21
Everyone must carry a valid ID with them at all times. Under-age guests and non-drinkers are welcome to come along on the adventure.
OPEN ALCOHOL
Hard alcohol is not allowed in the vehicle. We suggest for the best experience that wine and beer are not consumed in the vehicle while in route.
REFUNDS
A refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. A gift voucher for a future tour can be issued for cancellations within 72 hours – a rebooking fee may apply.
PRIVATE GROUP RESERVATIONS & REFUNDS
A 20% deposit is required at booking. Refunds of deposits & payments will be issued if cancellation is made 10 days in advance. All payments are due in full 5 days in advance of tour date.
MILITARY
Military guests enjoy 15% off transportation services. Thank you to all of our military servicemen & women & their families!
TASTE RESPONSIBLY
SAFETY
Your safety & well-being are our top concern. hand-crafted wines often have higher levels of alcohol than you’ll find in store-bought wine. Staying hydrated & nourished is key. For your safety & respect for peers & the community, we reserve the right to keep inebriated passengers from further winery visits. Bodily fluid and/or damage in or on the vehicle resulting from intoxication will result in a minimum $250 fee. So, please taste responsibly to fully enjoy The Wine Country Experience!
